Data speeds are dependent on many factors including reception, tower traffic, your device’s capabilities, and other factors. Assist Wireless reserves the right to prioritize your data behind other Assist Wireless customers during periods of network congestion or high individual daily usage by throttling your data speed. Reduced speeds and increased latency may cause websites to load more slowly or affect the performance of data-heavy activities such as video streaming or interactive gaming. Additional scenarios that vary data speeds and performance may exist in accordance with the AT&T or T-Mobile network management practices.

Love Your Phone swaps are subject to inspection by Assist Wireless associates and management for both their working condition and cosmetic condition. A phone is only permitted to be swapped if it meets the quality standards set forth by Assist Wireless. Quality assessments and swaps are completed at the sole discretion and interpretation of the authorized associate. Swaps are only permitted for Assist Wireless customers whose accounts are in good standing. GOOD STANDING is defined as an existing customer that has no outstanding balances or unpaid invoices on their account. Only 2 swaps permitted per customer, must be within 60 days of activation. The REFER-A-FRIEND promotional data offer is available only to existing TRIBAL customers. Non-Tribal referrers and referees are not eligible. The referring customer must have active Tribal Lifeline service with Assist Wireless for at least 30 days before becoming eligible to refer another customer. Each eligible customer may make up to two (2) referrals per month. Assist Wireless employees, distributors, retail location employees, and independent field agents are not eligible for this promotion. Refer-A-Friend promotional data requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the referred (new) customer’s account activation.
