Love Your Phone swaps are subject to inspection for both their working condition as well as their cosmetic condition by Assist Wireless associates and management. A phone is only permitted to be swapped if it meets the quality standards set forth by assist wireless. Quality assessments and swaps are completed at the sole discretion and interpretation of the authorized associate. Swaps are only permitted for Assist Wireless customers whose accounts are in good standing. GOOD STANDING is defined as an existing customer that has no outstanding balances or unpaid invoices on their account. Only 2 swaps permitted per customer, must be within 60 days of activation. REFER-A-FRIEND credits may only be used for bill payments and refills/top-ups. Refer-A-Friend credits may not be used for the purchase of any devices, accessories, or other products/services. Referring (existing) customer must have services with Assist Wireless for at least 24 hours prior to being eligible to refer another customer. Referring customers who have been an Assist Wireless customer less than 1 day will not receive any referral credits. Referring customers are limited to two (2) referral credits per month. Assist Wireless employees, distributors, retail location employees, and field agents are not eligible for Refer-A-Friend credits. Refer-A-Friend credit requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the time the referred (new) customer account is established. Non-Tribal customers are not eligible for the Refer A Friend promotion.
