Do You Qualify For Lifeline Service?
To obtain a Lifeline phone and service, subscribers must meet certain eligibility requirements. If you do, you can apply for a FREE phone*. Or, if you already have a phone you love, Assist Wireless offers you the ability to enjoy the FREE service while continuing to use your current phone.
You can apply online or enroll with a Lifeline Agent. Online enrollment is the quickest way to get started on one of our great Lifeline plans. Once enrolled, you’ll receive e-mail updates regarding your enrollment, and your phone will be shipped directly to you.
