Lifeline is a government assistance program that provides discounts on your monthly phone and/or broadband/Internet service. Only eligible consumers may enroll. Eligibility is based on income or participation in certain government benefit programs and is determined by the National Verifier (documentation may be required). The Lifeline benefit is non-transferable and is limited to one monthly discount per household for either wireless or wireline service. Service plan-specific terms and conditions limit the amount of high-speed data included with each service plan. Videos stream at DVD quality (480p). After high-speed data thresholds are reached, data speed will be reduced at increments in accordance with service plan details to as low as 256Kbps. Lower speeds may affect audio and video streaming, access to certain websites and content, or the use of applications. Plans including Unlimited Data may be placed on hold to confirm data usage complies with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) when the threshold outlined in the service plan details has been met. Customers using data consistent with AUP may receive unlimited additional data in 500MB increments for the rest of the month by contacting Customer Service at (855) 392-7747.
