Service plan-specific terms and conditions limit the amount of high-speed data included with each service plan. Videos stream at DVD quality (480p). After high-speed data thresholds are reached, data speed will be reduced at increments in accordance with service plan details to as low as 256Kbps. Lower speeds may affect audio and video streaming, access to certain websites and content, or the use of applications. Plans including Unlimited Data may be placed on hold to confirm data usage complies with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) when the threshold outlined in the service plan details has been met.
