The referred Tribal Lifeline account must be active for 60 days before the referral bonus data is added to both accounts. You will both be notified via text when your bonus data is added.

The Refer-A-Friend bonus data can only be applied if an existing Assist Wireless phone number is provided during enrollment. If no such number is provided, then neither of you will qualify for the bonus data.

No, referral bonus data does not rollover. You can earn up to 2GB of free bonus data via the Refer-A-Friend program per plan cycle. The bonus data will remain until your plan cycle renews. Your next plan cycle will reset to your base plan allocation.
