What is the National Verifier?

The Lifeline National Eligibility Verifier (National Verifier), administered by USAC, is a centralized system that determines whether subscribers are eligible for Lifeline.

You will only need to provide information about your Lifeline qualification in the National Verifier portion of the application.

What Will You Need To Do?

It’s simple! We will import your personal information into the National Verifier, so all you will need to do is provide your Lifeline eligibility proof documentation and submit!

*National Verifier hours are Monday – Sunday, 8 am – 8 pm CST. The Assist Wireless online enrollment review queue hours are Monday – Saturday from 8 am – 8 pm CST & Sunday from 10 am – 8 pm CST.

  3. Select Desired Plan
  4. Continue to the National Verifier
  5. Follow the Prompts & Upload Eligibility Proof
  6. Submit Your Application!

That’s it! We will email you if we need additional information. You will be notified if your application is approved by USAC and you will be able to select a phone. And you will finally be on your way to starting your new Lifeline service with Assist Wireless!

Assist Wireless NV Enrollment

LIFELINE is a government assistance program. This Lifeline service is provided by Assist Wireless, LLC, an eligible telecommunications carrier. Service is non-transferable and only eligible consumers may enroll in the program. The program is limited to one discount per household. Documentation proving eligibility is necessary for enrollment. Customers who willfully make false statements in order to obtain the Lifeline benefit can be punished by fine, imprisonment, or can be barred from the program.
