Lifeline Rolling Recertification
Recertifying Is As Easy As 1-2-3!
After you receive your initial recertification notice by phone call or text message, you will receive a blue envelope in the mail from USAC (pictured below). The letter informs you that it is time to renew your Lifeline benefit and provides the following three methods for recertifying:
NOTE: YOU MUST RECERTIFY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF INITIAL NOTIFICATION, OR YOUR SERVICE WILL BE TERMINATED

NOTE: As your service provider, we will NOT know when your recertification is completed. You will continue to receive messaging from us asking you to recertify during your batch period regardless of whether or not you have recertified.
