Annual recertification is a critical component of Lifeline. From time to time, our customers may require assistance from field sales teams and store personnel. It is critical that we track when this assistance is provided to a customer so that we can appropriately compensate field and store teams. If you do not properly document assisting the customer in the form below, we will not be able to compensate you. IMPORTANT: Assist Wireless ONLY compensates field teams for SUCCESSFUL recertifications.
